I design a marketing presentation that incorporates professional photography, refined staging and broad visibility in multiple print and online sites, to skillfully position the home to stand out in the marketplace and appeal to the right buyer.

When working with buyers, I am a committed listener who identifies the key elements of a buyer's home search to secure that one perfect property that will best meet their needs and lifestyle. Additionally, I have a special focus in serving the needs of military personnel, whose unique requirements for real estate transactions call for a qualified relocation specialist. I am that broker.
